- Before
- Warehouse staff looked up stock in Excel and replied over LINE. When something sold, they walked back to the PC to move the row
- What we built
- A LINE bot that searches inventory, builds sales lists and moves items to “sold” — just by chatting
- What changed
- Moving stock takes one LINE message from the warehouse. After each write it cross-checks 3 places, and a mistake is undone with one line
Screens
- Any black sweatshirts in L?
- Black / L sweatshirts: 2 in stock.
①
②
Want a list for the sales team? - Make the list
- Sales list ready (2 items).
- @move ① sold
- Moved (ticket ).
Cross-checked 3 places → all match ✓ - Undo that
- Ticket reversed.
① is back in stock.
Real screens
Left: monthly sales query and inventory search. Right: a one-bale order and suggestions from the same category. The interface is in Japanese; prices, item codes and URLs are masked.
What else it does
- Ask in plain language — “any black sweatshirts in L?” When stock is short, it suggests other items in the same category
- “@sales” returns the month’s sales, number of transactions and bales sold out (the program does the arithmetic; the AI only writes the sentence)
- “@move” runs immediately, without a confirmation step, and returns a ticket number. After the write it cross-checks inventory, sold and log, and a mistake is undone with one line. We removed the confirmation step at the staff’s request and rely on the undo and the log for safety
